Exercise: Greetings |1|
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Write a program that asks the user for their name and greets them
accordingly.

You can ask for the name and greet the user anyway you like. Note that
the :math:`\color{purple}{\texttt{input()}}` can take a *string*
argument which it then uses as a *prompt*.
